L.E.A.P

As you begin your academic and career search journey, we understand that it can be overwhelming to navigate through the vast array of resources and opportunities available to you.

That is why we have put together a series of modules and activities to guide you through this process and help you make informed decisions about your future.

Students and family members carry various items and wheel large appliances into a residence hall for move-in.
Four students sit on stairs outside and enjoy conversation together

Join our online 4-week career readiness program designed for incoming freshmen. This self-paced program allows students to work at their convenience and complete minimal time-commitment action items within the modules.

Feedback will be provided, and participants will have the opportunity to connect virtually with our career professionals, ask questions, and build connections. The program aims to boost confidence in accessing resources and to develop relationships to support career and professional development success.

Upon completion of the L.E.A.P program, you will be able to answer the following questions:

LEARN – How can Business Career Services assist me?

EXPLORE – What technology platforms are used and how do I find clubs & activities on campus that will assist in my career & professional development?

ASPIRE – How can I start to develop my networking skills now to have successful interactions with employers and alumni who come to campus?

PREPARE- How can I be successful in both my academic program and my career search, while also having fun as an active and engaged college student?
